I received a proof card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have received a proof card with an access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album." 

I've entered in an access code and it says "Error! You have entered an incorrect access code", what should I do?

We have two ordering sites, one for the UK and one for The Channel Islands. To start with please make sure the correct site has been selected. If the error message is still coming up, please try entering your access code again but with ALL CAPITALS this time. If it's still not working then please contact us directly for assistance. Please keep in mind that your access code might contain images which haven't been uploaded yet. Please find our timescales for uploading images below:

How long until my images are ready to view?

For portrait, sibling and family photos - we aim to have your photos uploaded within 3-5 working days after the photo shoot.

For Group photos - we aim to have your photos uploaded within 12 working days after the photo shoot.

Please note these estimates are subject to change depending on the volume and any absentee sessions. The style of photos will also affect the timescale as certain photos e.g. group composities take much longer to edit and upload.

I have not received/have lost my proof card, what should I do?

We provide all schools with details of the photos and their access codes. The school can provide you with the necessary reference number or access code for the photo and you can then order online or contact us for further assistance.

If you have a past order or login history for that child then you can contact us directly.

I am a separated parent is it possible to obtain an additional proof card/access code?

Yes, this can either be requested at the time on the photo day and two proof cards will be issued or alternatively, your school can provide you with your child's image reference number and you can then contact us for further assistance.
